Abandoned Vehicle Policies & Procedures
Utah State has a very long and tedious process for the removal and dismantling of abandoned vehicles.
This requires towing companies to go through 60 to 120 days of expensive filing and paperwork before the vehicle may leave the yard.
University Parking Enforcement boasts the largest tow yard in Utah County for this very purpose. Abandoned vehicle removal is a complimentary service provided to all of our active parking enforcement patrol properties. We will also provide abandoned vehicle removal to the general public for a $110.00 tow, filing, and dismantle fee. This fee will be waived if the vehicle title is surrendered at the time of tow.
