ABANDONED VEHICLE REMOVAL
Utah State has a very long and tedious filing process for removal and dismantling of abandoned vehicles. This requires towing companies to go through 60 to 120 days of filing and paperwork before a title may be obtained.
UPE provides abandoned vehicle removal to the general public for a $200 tow, filing, and dismantle fee. This fee may be waived if you are a current parking enforcement patrol property or if the vehicle title has surrendered at the time of tow.
Please fill out the following abandoned vehicle removal order and you will be contacted and placed on our removal list. NOTE: Only the property owner or authorized agent may request this tow.
