MY CAR IS ALL WHEEL DRIVE, HOW CAN YOU TOW IT?
UPE maintains state of the art repossession trucks and equipment to safely tow any vehicle. AWD vehicles are placed on our dolly system which picks the entire vehicle up off of the ground. Our equipment only touches the rubber of your tires.
MY PERMIT WAS ON MY CAR THE WHOLE TIME, YOU DIDN'T SEE IT?
Every once in a while a permit will be placed in a very difficult spot to see at night, even with the brightest spotlights. UPE employees will work quickly to review the evidence video filmed before the vehicle was booted/towed and answer any questions you may have about the situation. Every inch of every window is filmed during the booting/towing process.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IF I JUST CUT THIS BOOT OFF MY TIRE?
Tampering with a parking enforcement device is a 2nd degree misdemeanor criminal offense that will be reported immediately to the local police and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
THIS DENT WASN'T HERE BEFORE YOU TOWED MY CAR!
UPE employees are extensively trained on safety and care before they are certified as a tow truck driver. Every vehicle that has been towed by UPE is filmed in its entirety for pre-existing damage. DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION YOU HAVEN'T FOUND AN ANSWER TO?
“We have used University Parking enforcement with great success in solving our illegal parking problems. They were able to tailor a plan to meet our specific needs and have responded quickly when called upon, day or night. When working with the public they have treated people fairly, but firmly. They have handled all signage on location when requested.
I would recommend their services to all property owners and management companies for parking enforcement.”
